Amanda Bynes must be allergic to courtrooms because she failed yet again to appear in a Van Nuys, Calif. courtroom on Thursday for a hearing surrounding her bad driving charges. Her attorney Richard Hutton attended in her place instead, People reports. Because she wasn't present, Hutton also had to plead not guilty to the two hit-and-run charges against Bynes on her behalf... |
