Today was a fun day at work… We had several of the staffers and their kids appear in a "Mommy and Me" fashion show in honor of Mother's Day coming up next Sunday May 12th. My 4 year old daughter and I got to "work the runway" for the segment, which aired on Access Hollywood Live.
The lovely Melissa Magsaysay, author of "City of Style," was the expert and pulled all of the clothes. I can barely get myself dressed; much less pick out outfits for a whole gaggle of kids and their moms, but Melissa did an awesome job.
She chose a grey floral dress from Boden for me paired with rhinestone encrusted flats. And my daughter got to wear an adorable perfect-for-summer white eyelet dress accessorized with a flower necklace and sparkly silver purse – all from Boden. Perfect for "Ladies Who Brunch" Mother's Day look. (I think I'm gonna have to go and buy that necklace for my daughter, who loved it.)
We also featured chic beach looks, stylish picnic attire and what every mom would love - breakfast in bed, complete with cute PJ's. Lots of good gift inspiration!
So Happy (early) Mother's Day to all the hard-working moms out there!
