 | Justin Bieber continued to spin dangerously out of control this week. From a distance, his effieciently reckless behavior almost seems like an organized campaign of self-destruction. | Surprise! (Not!) Bieber Gets Busted
Early this morning Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach on multiple charges, including DUI and resisting arrest. The bust came after a night of alleged drag racing and drinking. That's pretty unholy behavior for a teen idol who was positioned to be an evangelical pop star. | Gets a "Call Me Maybe" from Tennis Star
Fellow Canadian Eugenie Bouchard, who made it all the way to the semi-finals of the Australian Open before losing today, declared that Justin is her celebrity of choice--before 15,000 fans after winning her quarterfinal match. It's not clear if Genie, as she's known, is up on the latest Bieber antics. | Madonna Misfires with "N" Word Apology
Bieber isn't the only pop star hitting bad notes. In the wake of her immaculate misconception about the use of the "N" word, Madonna quoted MLK Jr. on her Instagram page: “I have decided to stick to love... Hate is too great a burden to bear.” But those words rang a little hollow in the wake of her bizarre apology. | |
