"I always say the secret is there are no secrets. In terms of skin, I am careful in the sun, I drink a lot of water, I exercise, and I eat right most of the time," reveals Cindy Crawford to Glam Slam about her age-defying beauty.
Cindy is one of the most gorgeous women on the planet. At 47, this mother of two and former supermodel has maintained her enviable good looks.
While genetics and a healthy lifestyle are key, Cindy also says feeling good on the inside is major, adding, "I think your state of mindhas a lot to do with how you look. Being happy I think is the biggest beauty secret."
Being happy and staying busy work for the multi-tasking beauty. She's parlayed her supermodel status into a business empire. She has her own furniture line and co-created the anti-aging skincare line, Meaningful Beauty. "I love that I'm getting everything that my skin needs and that I don't have to think about it the rest of the day. It's easy to use. It smells good. It feels great on my skin, and most importantly, it works," adds Cindy to Glam Slam.
Now, Cindy hopes to inspire other women to feel empowered and boost their self-confidence. She launched the new facebook app, Meaningful in the Mirror.
